At each event, our acclaimed culinary team, Head Chef Giorgos Kambourakis, Chef à la Carte Ilias Tsampikakis, and Pastry Chef Michalis Chrysovergis, will craft exquisite dishes that perfectly complement each featured wine. Their creations, guided by Andreas Matthidis, will highlight the unique character of each wine, providing an unparalleled tasting experience. The presentation of the selected wines will be expertly managed by our Sommelier Alexandros Efkarpidis and Maître d’Hôtel Stelios Vorvolakos, along with our dedicated service team.
